hii !!! now the gate results are out different ppl have diferent opinions regarding the councellsing abt the seats soo cant we include a councellsing seats information regarding last yr seats at different universities ...and at present the online councelliing and abt the cutoffmarks and gate question papers and their solutions ..!!! and abt percentages ... in gate and different further aspects .. related to competitive exms

i appreciate all your suggestions and hopefully this will a gr8 deal for students... but friends as it consult with fact that in each state, except maharastra, mp, and some specific uni, addmition procedure delt by college it self and the system is too crap that one cannt come to know abt that all info...

what ever i also suggest to admin to include data for atleast uni like niper, BHU, manipan and many more from where addmition procedure is transperant..

well dharmesh ur correct  that most colleges deal with m-pharm admissions themselves and system in unquestionable, but u see its impossible to collect admission data of each year, coz there is no publications indicating that or colleges are not keen on revealing that data which is of our importance. the no. of seats concerned they are usually fixed, but how to get 'sit' on it is obscure, thas why we request members  send such details at least  of their college because they are authentic, more reliable and latest - like last year's cut off, requirement of work-ex etc. posting such information will be a great help for its aspirants.

The work is not impossible ,but a bit tough, but if members from each state take the job of forming list from their state, then i think it can be done easily.
from last year,AICTE has made it compulsory for every college to show a disclosure on its website containing details of last years admission process, mode of admission and details of scholarships, along with the distribution of seats in various branches and also the details of the faculty and facilities in the college.

so i think viewing that disclosure will make it much easier work, we just need to look for a file 'Mandatory Disclosure' on the site, and i hop it will provide most details we need.

LOL, well dont prove me wrong, the things that colleges should do, they aren't doing it if they does we would have the data, the only way to get this is that members post them by themselves that i have indicated in my earlier  post, and when i said its impossible to collect data it means by 'us' . and i must admit there are lateral ways to enter in m-pharm too

Well , dont wanna prove anybody wrong or right here,
but a compulsion from AICTE means it MUST be followed by all approved colleges/universities (even DAVV also shows it  ).

well thats only in theory,  as i stated in last post  institutes or colleges dont actually fallow the AICTE rules, the AICTE supervision has fail to validate their own policies, if u ask abt DAVV, then the pharmacy institute stared in 2001, the info displayed in site only 18 months old and as it is since then (coz i was one of the team who done that), as i said no. of seats aka seat distribution is usually fixed, also the site only displayed total no of seats and not how they are distributed among quotas/category etc which is also compulsory  to show which by the way not  there, the admission procedure is not with exact details that means degree of Authenticity  is minimal, so IF there exist a site which in so call sense shows info cannt be trusted (unless its a big shot), so we should stay practical about it and shouldn't trust 100% on the source which is google generated

i m completely agreed with ghost guy... as every college disclose matter on site but the question is is it all latest? is it complete? obviosly,, NO.. and best example of KBIPER , a DEEMED UNI still info is quite poor.. and any one from here can guess hw many seats in gujarat?? ya u all will say abt LMCP, KBIPER, MSUp, APC, but have u ever heard abt SAURASTRA UNI, GANPAN UNI, SARVAJANIC COLLEGE mehsana, CHANGA, HIMATNAGAR pHARMACy? they all also having seats.. now any dought to say we cann`t get full info....

Yes Dharmesh, The Unis still working on old agenda and they dont make proper use of IT , thas why we continuously request members to submit info whatever they have, we have 200+ members but only 5 colleges were posted in "college Introduction" board anybody reading this plz take action and start interact
